I was in need of some assistance with a one time cleaning of the main rooms in our home! I reached out to Molly Maid in Birmingham on Monday and by Wednesday my house was clean!! Phenomenal experience. We had our initial cleaning yesterday. The team was professional, friendly, smiley and a pleasure to be around. Their work was outstanding and went the extra measure to make everything pretty. This company is so well-run and tries hard to accommodate. I’ve had housekeepers for 50 years but never worked with a company. Knowing I’ll have the sane team each week keeps it more personal similar to a private hire, but I’m no longer without help on their vacation and sick days. I highly recommend Molly Maids.

Ashley and Mary did a great job cleaning the house! I was very happy with the cleaning. I am not very happy with being charged $4.50 for using a credit card. I actually paid the full amount in cash and received a credit for my $50 deposit but not for the service charge. I was willing to pay the full amount cash but they would not come unless I put a deposit. New customers beware!
