The team comes every other week and they do a great job! I love walking in the house, after a long day at work, to a clean house.

Starla and Adriana are excellent. They did a detailed cleaning. I have them on a monthly schedule. I want only Starla and Adriana because they are so thorough. Additionally, they are very friendly and professional. Molly Maid is very helpful if I have to change my scheduled date. I will continue to use Molly Maid in the future. Especially Starla and Adriana. I will recommend Molly Maid to anyone. Starla and Adriana continue to do excellent work. They do a detailed cleaning and are very pleasant to work with. Maria and Magamy came to our house this afternoon for our bi-weekly house and they almost left me in happy tears. Those two ladies went over and beyond their duties and cleaned 2 very messy bedrooms. It has been a hard month for us and I’ve been half cleaning those rooms but haven’t been able to push through it by myself. They were very messy. They organized our stuff/junk and vacuumed and dusted everything. I’ve been need to vacuum that bedroom for weeks now. I’m so thankful for them!!!

I have never had house cleaners before. I started due to 6 months of training with long hours; I couldn’t imagine having energy or time that I had NOT at training on cleaning the house. Now, that the training is over and I have time to spare, I can’t imagine NOT having a cleaning service again. Once you start, you won’t regret it. Molly Maid sends in a team of 2-3 people who will clean your home in 2 hours or less. Every cleaning day is a breath of fresh air; it’s hard NOT to be thankful and feel at ease when the house is cleaned. I can spend more time relaxing and doing the things I enjoy. I never hated cleaning but I sure would rather be doing something else when I was. I am very thankful for Molly Maid and their services. Give them a try. They’re friendly, background checked, and will give you a quote after a quick home visit. Also, they are very decently priced. You can also customize your service, more or less: frequency of cleanings, certain rooms, and special services like bedsheet changes and appliance cleanings. Ingris and Amalis did a fantastic job on our 1st initial deep cleaning! They did such a good job paying attention to details and communicating timing around our remote work meetings that my husband agreed to sign up for regular 4 week cleanings. Highly recommend!

Molly Maid serviced our house on April 1, 2025. The team of Starla, Adriana and Emonni all were there to clean the house. The team was very receptive to the specifics needed for our house on that day. The team was super friendly as always. The team went straight to work on the baths, floors, kitchen, counters, and are always great at straightening things. They will use specific materials that are appropriate if you request and provide. No fooling, the amount we pay is well worth it. Check them out.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Molly Maid since we started using them a few months ago. They’re professional, courteous, and always leave our home looking absolutely spotless! They’re also extremely accommodating and are excellent communicators. We’ve had to reschedule services a couple of times and they’re more than happy to be flexible with our schedules. They send frequent reminders about upcoming appointments and their staff is so friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ms. Kim’s team is PHENOMENAL. I recommend her to everyone. We’ve used Molly Maid for several years and will never change as long as Ms. Kim is there! Wonderful professional cleaners. Pleasant hard workers. Very acommadating . Staff at office is first class to work with All staff are worthy of trust. Additional tasks may be requested if reasonable. I have never had to request them to return for missed cleaning which they will do if necessary. Vanessa was here for every cleaning. Angela and Leticia were very good as well.. Will miss them when I move to Asheville next month.
