Oksana and Rosa did a beautiful job! My townhome was recently remodeled, and therefore, I had a lot of construction dirt even after the contractors did 2 post construction “cleanings.” The first time Molly Maid came out, I didn’t think it was a thorough job, so I called back to explain, and this company was happy to send a crew out again. The second time, they did an amazing job!! I am so appreciative of both ladies and the company making sure that the outcome of my experience was positive. Even though there was a little bit of hiccup in the beginning, everything was resolved beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company because they stand by their work, resolve an issue, and I respect that.

I had an initial cleaning. There were 2 associates who were obviously experienced and thorough. Both were able to communicate well with us. I have used numerous individuals and services and would recommend.

The team worked very hard on a move out apartment. they cleaned a nasty oven and bathrooms as well as dust on ceilings and fans. They left the apartment presentable for showings.

Team 11 Shay and Kendra did an awesome job with my move-out clean. This location was able to make an appt happen for me with a tight timeline on my move-out and they did a great job!

I learned only late yesterday that I’m allergic to my cat. I suffer from lung disease so it was imperative my place be completely cleaned of pet dander. I scheduled Stanley Steemer for tomorrow to steam clean the floors, upholstery, curtains and rugs but what was I to do about the general cleaning? Call Mary Maid! I did this morning and they sent 2 wonderful girls, Oksana and Damaris to my rescue. They did a wonderful job. I’m so grateful! They were in and out very quickly and were extremely professional. I highly recommend!
